Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
